Mr. Dulmage has handled a number of high profile employment litigation cases. His expertise extends to all major areas of employment litigation, including discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, age and disability discrimination, Family Medical Leave Act violations, whistleblower actions, and breach of employment contracts. He is regularly hired to act as trial counsel to assist other law firms throughout the country in employment and aviation cases.
Mr. Dulmage often combines his many years in the aviation industry with his litigation experience to assist clients with aviation labor & employment matters. He has been called upon to assist in Railway Labor Act grievances and contract negotiations. He has represented a number of aviation whistleblowers. In addition, he assists high wage earners in the preparation and negotiation of their work agreements and regularly litigates and tries employment cases for executives. He also assists high wage earners in the negotiations for severance packages.
